Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Infra Data educational enrollments confirmed by invoice or written enrollment notice. Website pricing pages are informational and do not themselves create a charge.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must be received in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date stated in your enrollment confirmation. Requests within 14 days of start are reviewed for partial credit only.

Full refunds

If you cancel 14 or more days before start and have not received downloadable cohort materials beyond the public syllabus, you are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid for that seat.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between 13 and 3 days before start may receive a 50% refund. After a cohort begins, or within 2 days of start, tuition is generally non-refundable except where Infra Data cancels the program or Korean consumer law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), custom private pack reviews already delivered, rush scheduling premiums, and seats transferred to another learner at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@infra-data.digital with subject “Refund request,” including your full name, enrollment email, program name, cohort dates, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Infra Data

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. We are not responsible for travel or third-party costs you incur.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service obligations in Korea may qualify for a goodwill transfer or partial refund outside the standard window at Infra Data’s discretion.
